Exhibition Reptiles of Montenegro

In the Delta City shopping mall, the Society of Ecologists of Montenegro organizes an exhibition of living reptiles of Montenegro.

The exhibition will be organized in the period from June 7 to 10 on the ground floor of the shopping mall. Reptiles will be on display for visitors every day from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Visitors will be able to see 11 out of a total of 15 species of snakes that live in Montenegro, several species of lizards and three species of turtles.

Those present will be able to get acquainted with some typical Mediterranean species of reptiles that inhabit Montenegro, such as: river and forest turtles, Balkan skunk, leopard skunk and brown skunk.

In addition, this will be an opportunity for citizens to learn about the way of life of snakes and their importance for humans. In this way, at least for a short time, prejudices against these animals will be freed and they will be introduced to their contribution to a healthy environment, informs the Society of Ecologist of Montenegro.
