Before bringing your pet into a public setting, please ensure they are well-socialized and comfortable interacting with other people and animals. To maintain a harmonious environment and avoid any unexpected squabbles, misunderstandings, or overly enthusiastic displays of affection among our furry companions, we kindly ask everyone to follow these guidelines:

🐾 Only vaccinated dogs and cats weighing up to 10 kilograms are allowed in the shopping center.
🐾 Each owner may bring one pet only.
🐾 All pets must be kept on a leash, except for small dogs and cats that can be carried in baskets.
🐾 Owners are obliged to ensure their pets’ hygiene during visits.
🐾 Pets are welcome in the shopping mall’s common areas, including corridors, parking lots, and access routes. However, pets are not permitted in the food court, baby changing rooms, or children’s, ladies’, and men’s restrooms.
🐾 Enjoy shopping with your pet at stores marked with a Pet Friendly sticker.
🐾 Pets must be accompanied by their owner at all times and cannot be left unattended.
🐾 Access between floors is exclusively through elevators. To ensure safety and comfort, only one pet is permitted in the elevator at a time. Pets are not allowed on escalators unless securely carried in arms or an appropriate carrier.
🐾 Pet owners or guardians are solely responsible for any damages or injuries caused by their pets, including those affecting the shopping mall premises, stores, visitors, or their belongings.
