BIG CEE is the subsidiary of BIG Shopping centers Israel, based in Belgrade capital of Serbia, since 2007. Company was founded with a mission of developing the BIG brand in Balkan countries and with focus on implementing BIG Shopping Centers strategy and vision in Serbia and neighboring countries such as North Macedonia, Albania, Montenegro.

BIG CEE manages 18 active properties in Serbia and 2 in Montenegro.

In Serbia, BIG CEE owns and operates 13 of the country’s largest retail parks under the BIG brand, along with 3 shopping malls branded as BIG FASHION and Serbia’s only designer outlet, the BIG FASHION Outlet.

In Montenegro, BIG CEE owns the country’s largest shopping mall, BIG FASHION Podgorica, and has ambitious plans for further expansion. Additionally, the company owns The Capital Plaza, a distinctive mixed-use development comprising Crowne Plaza hotel, commercial spaces and office facilities.

BIG CEE’s portfolio includes a diverse range of properties, including a major residential project currently entering its second phase of development, an office building, and several land plots designated for future projects.
