Parking terms and conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully, as they affect your rights and obligations and govern the conditions under which
Nepi Real Estate Project One d.o.o. (the Owner) makes the parking facilities at BIG Fashion Novi Sad shopping center available to you (the User).

Acceptance

By entering the parking area, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not wish these Terms to apply to you, please leave the Parking area immediately.

Opening hours

06:00 a.m. – 2:00 a.m., every day of the week

Price list

  • First 2 hours in one day – Free of charge
  • 100 RSD per started hour – after the first 2 hours
  • 2,000 RSD – additional fee for a lost or damaged ticket
  • The Owner reserves the right to change parking fees without prior notice.

Parking ticket payment

  • At one of the payment machines located inside the shopping center, on levels -1, 0, 1, and 2 (entrance/exit near the parking area; payment in cash or contactless card);
  • At the exit barrier terminal when leaving the parking area (payment exclusively by contactless card).

Use of the parking garage

  • If you have stayed in the shopping center for less than 2 hours, proceed directly to the exit and the barrier will open automatically. There is no need to use your parking ticket;
  • If you have exceeded 2 hours, before returning to your vehicle please use the payment machines located inside the shopping center (near parking entrances/exits; payment in cash or by card). After payment, you have 15 minutes to exit the parking area, or you may pay at the barrier terminal when leaving (payment exclusively by card);
  • If the exit time exceeds 15 minutes, the additional stay will be subject to additional parking charges;
  • Vehicle retrieval or exit from the parking area will not be possible after parking hours. A User who has not retrieved their vehicle before closing may do so the next day during parking working hours, upon payment of parking fees in accordance with the price list.

Owner’s liability towards the user

You use the parking area at your own risk:

  • Vehicles parked in the parking area are not supervised, nor is any property left inside the vehicle;
  • Please note that the Owner is not responsible for third parties and does not guarantee that third parties will not enter the parking area and cause damage to property or engage in unlawful behavior.

User’s responsibility

  • Before leaving your vehicle, make sure it is locked, including all windows, and that the handbrake is engaged;
  • If you damage another vehicle or any property or structure within the parking area, you will be held responsible and must immediately report the incident to a member of the Owner’s staff;
  • If you damage any property or structure within the parking area, you will be required to pay reasonable costs incurred by the Owner for repairing the damage.

Prohibited activities in the parking area

The User is not permitted to:

  • Perform any activity related to the sale, rental, or disposal of vehicles, or any other goods or services;
  • Park a vehicle in any place that may obstruct other parking users, including blocking entrances/exits or creating obstacles within the parking area;
  • Engage in any activity that may disturb other parking users or cause injury or inconvenience to the Owner or any other user;
  • Park a vehicle in a space designated for a specific type of vehicle or a specific user if your vehicle does not meet such criteria or if you are not such a user;
  • Clean a vehicle or authorize anyone else to clean it while in the parking area, except at the official car wash within the shopping center;
  • Leave any items or waste in the parking area;
  • Place flyers on vehicles in the parking area;
  • Smoke in the parking area;
  • Tow a vehicle within the parking area;
  • Perform or authorize any maintenance, repair, or other work on a vehicle while it is in the parking area;
  • Parking safety;
  • Drive carefully and observe all directional signs and speed limits (10 km/h);
  • After parking your vehicle, proceed to the nearest exit and watch out for moving vehicles;
  • You are required to park your vehicle entirely within a single parking space. Please do not park across multiple spaces;
  • Follow all instructions and requests given by the Owner’s employees and representatives;
  • The Owner is authorized to remove a vehicle from the parking area in case of an emergency or immediate risk and is not obligated to compensate the User for any damage resulting from such actions.

License plate recognition

When using the parking garage, your vehicle’s license plate will be recorded and stored in our database. After one month, the license plate number will be deleted, while the registration location data will be retained and processed for statistical purposes.

This processing is carried out automatically for parking fee collection purposes, based on a service provision agreement.

License plates must be clean and clearly visible so that they can be captured by the cameras; otherwise, there is a possibility that a parking ticket will not be issued.
