From the very beginning, we wanted a gelato that was different – creamier, more intense in flavor, melts more slowly, less cold and less sweet – a dessert that isn’t just a summer refreshment, but can be enjoyed all year round.
On the first day, we had 16 flavors. Over the next 47 days, we created 48 more. Since then, that number has reached 180, and we’ve stopped keeping count.
When we come up with new flavors, we try not to be limited by boundaries or compromises, and often experiments fail. When that happens, we simply try again.
